White Orchard is the first playable area in the game (beyond the tutorial at Kaer Morhen) and encompasses the first few hours of the game. It is a land of farmers and simple folk, with a few small villages surrounding the main town of White Orchard. Recently, several skirmishes have taken place in the area. Battlefields are littered with the dead and dead-eaters, settlements still smoulder from raids, and a Nilfgaardian Outpost has been erected just north of White Orchard.
