Treasure Hunt: Blood Gold is a Side Quest in Velen.
Head North of Stonecutters Settlement and west of the Western Gate its on the many islands there. Once on the island you will see 6 or 7 drowners that are guarding the treasure. Its not too difficult they're all level 4's just make sure they don't gang up on you.
After the drowners are defeated look for a soldier in a tent sitting up against a table. Loot him and take the key and letter. Read the letter then follow the blood to the treasure.
